I have always loved baking ever since I was a little girl and it has always been very important to me that everyone enjoys the taste and texture of the cakes I bake. 

Not only do I want my cakes to look lovely, I want them to taste lovely too.  I only use the very best ingredients in my baking, it’s always exciting to source new recipes and try something different. Here are a few of my favourite flavours:

Vanilla sponge, laced with sugar syrup and filled with jam and butter cream
Moist lemon cake

Rich fruit cake matured with brandy            
Sticky date cake with stem ginger and apple

All of the above cakes are filled with butter cream, and can be flavoured with your favourite liquor, if desired.
