All of my cakes are baked with love and enthusiasm and are hand decorated by me.  
Chocolate wedding and celebration cakes are becoming increasingly popular and there are some  fantastic ways in which to create your own unique chocolate centrepiece for your own special celebration, whether it be a birthday or wedding.  All of the elements incorporated onto the cakes are hand crafted using the very finest Belgian chocolate.Sugar flowers can also be incorporated onto the cake design if desired.  Any flower can be created, from the ever popular rose, to the more unusual Singapore Orchid.  All flowers are handmade and each flower is made with very special care and attention to detail.  Each flower is made very finely to give a unique delicacy and in order to achieve a true likeness to each flower form.
